With a diverse background from finance to startups, Winnie Lau is a diligent, market-focused, and energetic real estate agent. She enjoys designing, building, and selling luxury boutique condos in Williamsburg and Greenpoint. Her focus when it comes to buying & selling is everything below 120th St in Manhattan, and Williamsburg and Greenpoint in Brooklyn.
Winnie graduated from NYU Stern's School of Business, and during her time as a student, Winnie interacted with a different broker every year to find a new apartment close to campus. Through this process, Winnie learned the importance of trust, authenticity, and diligence to find the perfect apartment.
After NYU, Winnie started her career in investment banking, worked in many high-growth startups, and also founded one of the world's largest digital dog training programs. Winnie has worked as the Chief of Staff to a few CEOs of VC-backed startups and serial entrepreneurs. Her favorite thing about the Chief of Staff role is building companies alongside her CEO. Given the ups and downs of VC valuations and markets, Winnie is fascinated by the ups and downs in the real estate markets. Winnie hopes to utilize her background in marketing, growth, and operations to find her clients the highest price for their home or the perfect home to move into.
Winnie joined the real estate industry because of her love of connecting people with properties. Most of all, she recognizes the value of nurturing strong relationships with her clients. Winnie currently lives in Murray Hill and spends most of her time crossing the Queens Midtown Tunnel into Brooklyn. In her free time, Winnie is building companies, cooking with her husband, or playing with / training her two toy Australian Shepherds, Ellie, and Emma.
